Versaly Appoints Nogi Asp as Chief Financial Officer
Seattle, WA — April 15, 2004 — Versaly Entertainment, a wireless new media company focused on creating, producing and distributing broad-based personal entertainment to mobile phones, today announced the appointment of Mr. Nogi Asp as its chief financial officer. Mr. Asp brings considerable operational experience and discipline to Versaly. "I am extremely excited to have Nogi join the Versaly management team. Mr. Asp has over sixteen years experience working with technology companies. Prior to Versaly, Mr. Asp served as Chief Financial Officer at Bsquare Corporation, a Seattle-based public wireless device development company. In addition, Mr. Asp has held senior management positions in several fast growing Northwest technology companies and was a manager in public accounting at Price Waterhouse LLP. Mr. Asp holds a B.A in accounting from the University of Washington.
