VERSALY LAUNCHES ENTERTAINMENT SITE ON AT&T WIRELESS mLIFE

Star Trek®, Jimi Hendrix and eUniverse content now available to AT&T Wireless mLife(sm) Subscribers

Seattle, WA, — May 21, 2002 — Versaly Games, Inc., a mobile entertainment company that develops, publishes and distributes interactive games, digital pictures, ringtones, audio and video clips, fun facts, and other fun-to-use content to subscribers using next-generation mobile phones, today announces it has launched its service on AT&T Wireless mMode(sm).

Versaly will initially offer Star Trek quotes, Jimi Hendrix fun facts, eUniverse (Nasdaq: EUNI) Trivia, Fact, Word, and Quote-of-the-Day, and a Lucky Numbers selector to subscribers. The low monthly subscription fee of $1.99 will allow mMode subscribers access to all of the content within the Versaly service. Subscriber’s can find Versaly under mMode’s Entertainment section. Versaly is planning to expand the offering with additional fun-to-use brand-name content and prizes in the near future.
