SPRINT CUSTOMERS CAN NOW PERSONALIZE THEIR SPRINT PCS PHONES
WITH STAR TREK® IMAGES THROUGH AGREEMENT WITH VERSALY
Seattle, WA. and Kansas City, MO., March 20, 2002 — Versaly Games, Inc., a mobile entertainment company and licensee of Paramount Pictures Star Trek®, is providing Star Trek content on mobile phones. Versaly announced today that it has entered into an agreement with Sprint (NYSE: FON, PCS), which operates the largest all-digital, all-PCS nationwide network and is the fastest growing wireless carrier. Under this agreement, Sprint’s wireless customers can download Star Trek images onto their Sprint PCS Phones via Sprint PCS Ringers & Moresm, a wireless service that allows subscribers to personalize their phones with well-known screen savers and ringtones.

Sprint PCS customers can browse the Sprint PCS Ringers & Moresm content at Sprintpcs.com or through the Sprint PCS Wireless Web. Content is then wirelessly downloaded to the Sprint PCS Phone, accessed through the Wireless Web and saved as customized ringtones or, in the case of Versaly content, as screen savers.
Customers can download up to eight pieces of content from Sprint PCS Ringers & Moresm and store it in their personal "vault" each month. The content accumulates each month and stays accessible for use as long as the customer continues the service. Sprint PCS Ringers & Moresm is currently being offered at no additional charge for the first three months after sign-up, then at $4 per month. The service is available with some of the newest Sprint PCS Phones.
