This policy represents the acceptable use policy of the Versaly Entertainment
website and all the products and services provided by Versaly Games, Inc.,
whether owned, licensed or published. Versaly creates, produces, aggregates,
distributes and markets mobile entertainment including ringtones, wallpapers,
screensavers and interactive games.
Versaly accepts no responsibility for traffic which it originates which violates the acceptable use policy of any directly or indirectly connected networks beyond informing the client that they are in violation if the connected network so informs Versaly.
Use of Versaly must be consistent with the main purpose of downloading and personally enjoying entertainment-related content for mobile phones and is for entertainment only. Unless otherwise specified, this website is for your personal and non-commercial use. You may not modify, copy, distribute, transmit, display, perform, reproduce, publish, license, create derivative works from, transfer or sell any information, products or services obtained from this website.
It is not acceptable to use Versaly for illegal purposes. Gambling for money is not permitted.
