| Matthew Feldman,
Co-founder, President and Chief Executive
Officer, helped launch Star
Trek into the mobile entertainment world.
In addition to corporate duties, Feldman
works directly with Versaly's major brands.
Prior to starting Versaly Entertainment,
Feldman previously founded, managed and successfully
sold two technology companies. In 1998, Feldman
founded and served as CEO of Tufans Technology
Corporation, a web-based file storage company,
acquired by McAfee.com (NASDAQ:MCAF) in June
of 2000. Feldman also co-founded Mosaic Information
Technologies, a videoconferencing developer
and manufacturer in 1992, and led negotiations
and preparations for the sale of the company
to Intelect Communications in March 1996.
Feldman holds a B.S. in Mechanical Engineering
from Carnegie-Mellon University and an M.S.
in Computer Science from Stevens Institute
of Technology.
J. Michael Davis, Co-founder and Executive
Vice President, leads and manages
development inclusive of Versaly's ForFones
retail sales website, WAP deck, Premium-SMS
(text messaging) services, and BREW-based
applications. Prior to starting Versaly,
Davis previously held the position of
Vice President of Research and Development
and was one of the original "wizards" at
Wizards of the Coast (WOTC) (now part
of Hasbro). At WOTC Davis managed research
and development teams that produced such
huge gaming hits as "Magic: the
Gathering" and "Pokemon." Davis
holds an M.S. in Mathematics from North
Carolina State University and an M.B.A.
from the University of Washington.
Nogi Asp, Chief Financial Officer,
provides financial stability and insight
with his more than 16 years of experience in
working with technology companies. Asp joined
Versaly from Bsquare Corporation, a Seattle-based
public wireless device development company.
Prior positions include senior management
at Emerald Solutions and management in public
accounting at Price Waterhouse LLP. Asp holds
a B.A. in accounting from the University
of Washington.
Tom Redmond, Vice President of Product
Management, led the development
of Versaly Entertainment's innovative
content catalog system, which streamlines
bulk content selection by channel partners.
Today, he continues to oversee the management
of content assets, carrier and retail
distribution channels, and quality assurance.
Prior to Versaly Entertainment, Redmond
managed the AT&T Wireless launch
of "AT&T Digital Broadband" in
14 residential markets and was the Alliance
Relations Director with AT&T Corp.
in support of "AT&T PersonaLink
Services." Redmond holds a B.S.
in Marketing and Economics from Northern
Illinois University.
Stefan Heller, VP Business Development, leads and manages content acquisition and ad sales activities for Versaly. Prior to Versaly, Heller worked for Infospace Europe & Buongiorno developing their IP and expanding consumer offerings and contributing to revenue growth in both local and international markets. He has over 15 years experience in wireless, online and digital and over 15 years in the record industry, implementing global marketing strategies, developing and launching new products and creating new business opportunities while streamlining revenues.
